Ideal trendy boutique hotel with beautiful garden views. Light and incredible breakfast with a wide array of hot/cold dishes. Comfortable bed in the standard queen room, plus a mini bar, central heating and a work desk. Perfect and comfortable location just off decently priced taxis to go to Ollantaytambo and the airport, and the main plaza in a safe area.
Old bathroom.

the politeness and efficiency of the staff, the location of the hotel, the free wi-fi in the rooms, the free use of the business centre, the moderately priced mini-bar,the nice inclusive morning breakfast, and for those in need on the grounds of the high altitude free oxygen at the reception. The rooms were sparkling clean with moderate central heating for when required. This hotel is indeed a little gem

Excellent location near the Plaza. Quiet courtyards, terraces, fountains. Excellent helpful staff. Far less $ that expensive Cusco Hotels that cater to US travelers.

Staying at this hotel was a delight, with beautifully furnished rooms with fine mountain views. The staff provided really good service, always ensuring we had what we needed, including 24/7 Coca tea availability. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, complemented by tasty biscuits. The walk to the main plaza, while close, was slightly uphill, and we encountered a minor issue with room amenities not being replenished daily. Despite that, the cleanliness and attentive service were good.

It was conveniently located and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and free wifi was excellent. Staff was very helpful giving information, arranging transportation and even took care of my special laundry request. I would stay there again.
The beds were a little hard.

If you want to be close to the Plaza and pay a modest rate for a great little hotel in Cusco, this is the place. The Monestario is a stones throw away for 4x the price and there are nice Casa Andina hotels within a few blocks but this is where the smart travelers stay.
Internet is spotty and inconsistent.

A warm welcome in Cusco
Arriving early, we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The charming courtyard provided a peaceful escape from the busy city. Breakfast was a good start each morning.
The heater in our room struggled to keep warm during the chilly nights, but the comfort of the bed made up for it.

Diana and Jesus were the very best part of this hotel. They are both very kind and they try to provide to all the customers the very best welcome as possible. I saw them giving their best all the times to help the customers to have a highly memorable experience at the hotel in a very sweet and caring way. They are both lovely, perfect and they make the difference being the cherry on Rumi Punku hotel. A part from the excellent staff the hotel is fine and comfy, there are very few things missing to be the perfect hotel.
The heating only works from 17:00 local time on and it was not heating the bedroom properly. Anyway I didn't have problems, because there were many nice eiderdown, down comforter and blankets available on my bedroom which made me comfortably warm. The management of the juices during the breakfast were poor, because statistically the orange juice is the most wanted juice and it finished in the jar very fast and they took so long to refill that I was not able to drink it. I think they might took so long to refill due to the fact that they offered many other juices, but if you really love orange juice like me, it might bother you. It would be more logical to investigate which juice is more consumed and provide more amount of it instead of providing many others juice flavors which were not so much appreciated as the orange juice. The bathroom door locks from inside and the most part of the hotels I stayed it doesn'T. It was not a problem to me, but if you travel with kids it is important to know that. A part from these tiny details, the hotel is perfect.
